I've been waiting for this post, I missed the qualifying today.
Hmm. Schumacher has the experience, as always, and considering how many were in the 1:24 mark I think he's proved himself solid over the others, but he's old news.
I do think Raikonnen has the car, but Alonso's probably got the balls.
Oh hell with it, I want Webber to win!

BAR said they have been working on the tyres not warming up problem so fingers crossed for Button, I hope he gets at least a podium but Michael Schumacher is looking mighty, he'll be hard to beat.

That's rarely stoped Kimi, though. But who knows.
Since I'm a diehard McLaren fan, I'd like them to get something. However, I'm really rooting for Button. He deserves a win. He's so fast and he's full of heart, but he's had so much bad luck.

OH man Button disappointed yet again- the muddle-up on his second pit stop was truly farcical and so he came out to 7th position and never recovered but at least finished ahead of 1 renault.
I am kinda relieved Schumacher won instead of Alonso- kinda gettin sick of that dude already.

More bad luck for Jenson , ah well, good race though, I wanted Alonso to overtake Schumi but in a way I'm glad he didn't because this makes the championship more interesting.

Michael had some luck to win that race but he show us once again that he is great driver and that Ferrari isnt as good as Renault. Alonso has much better car and i dont think there is a question about this year winner any more.
As for Button..he is good but not in top class like Shumi, Alonso and Kimi IMO.
Just one more think little off topic. I think it is nececery to change points system. They should give 10 to first, 6or7 to second and 5 to 3th. They only change that system becouse of Ferrari's domination few years ago. Now it is usles and making championship less interesting. Relaible as Renault and Alonso are Kimi has no chance of beeing champion this year, and that is sad for him and uninteresting for us.

yeah but bigger points gives the 3rd and 2nd rate teams a chance to get some..

Alonso is a brillaint driver, their aren't many who can keep that close to micheal for 30 LAPS!!!!

Yes, that's true but have in mind also that Birdgestone is doing a terrible job with their tyres, in fact on the third pitstop ferrari had to put USED tyres on Schumi's car to keep up with Alonso. I think the main reason why the Ferraris are not fast enough is not becarse of the aerodynamics or the engine but because of the tyres. I can understand the fact that last year ,since there was a new regulations, the new type of tyres didn't worked so good, but this year the teams can change the tyres during the race like in 2004, so why Bridgestone tyres aren't as good as they used to be a few years ago?

for what I've heard that was because the used ones were already warm enough to keep up with the fast renault and those Michelin tyres. Bridgestone tyres takes too much tyme to get the right temperature so with new tyres Schumi would have lost the first place a few laps after the pit stop...

I watched the whole race except the part that Michael managed to widen the gap between him and Alonso in the last laps... I had to go to get my pizza so when I went down the stairs the gap was 0,5 secs when I got back it was 2 secs!!! What happened????

o Alonso went on wide on two corners..which lengthened the gap by quite a bit

Hopefully Webber can make some more podium finishes rather than being around the mark at fifth or sixth like usual.
