At the Le Mans Classic 8th July 2006 the nr.17 2004 Pescarolo C60 Judd is going to be sold at auction. The estimated price is 6-900,000 €. That's great becase Henri is broke right now, and he needs the money for a potential future car. 900,000 € probably won't be enough for a 908... but anyway.
As for the C60. It can't be raced at Le Mans or LMES because Hybrids are no longer elligible. They must be full LMP1's from 2007. But I think it would be elligible in JLMC and ALMS in 2007. It could be entered by a small privateer team or something.

There are also other cars up for auction. The 1931 Bentley 4½ is going to be auctioned at an estimated price of 1.4-1.800.000 €.

That's pretty damn cool. But you know what's even cooler? They're selling the Homwet TX turbine LM car for like, 400,000 Euros. Now THAT'S a bargin.

I think the car failed to make it's reserve. Apparently the highest bid was 550.000 €.

myself, i think 900,000 euros is still a ridiculous amount of money for anything... but when compared to a maximum price for a full-on le mans car, with 590+ horses under the bonnet and around an 900kg weight, if im right, where can you go wrong? just taking this on track days and not using it in serious racing would be amazing... no car would get anywhere near you! :D
