on september ill be joining a time attack its unlimited 4 cylinder and rules are tires need to be DOT appoved. now most of my track events i use a falken azines.

im making 2sec faster then a kuhmo so i stick with falken azines. question is anyone tryed a nitto NT555R

Haven't tried them myself yet, but SCCA buds I've asked all said they start out great but don't last. Said they lost corner grip well before tread was gone... great at first, but just lose performance quicker then expected. Not sure about straightline stuff...
What sizes you need? you looking pure dry performance tire? daily driver?

^ yeah i need them for dry performance just for track use only, 205/50/15...i try going to tirerack.com and gave me some info i need like grip level and compund its just i need more info i may use advan neova for this event if i dont get the info i need. my friend he got atleast 8 laps on streets of willow on a 115 track temp.

Which Kumho? I liked the MX's I started with but I REALLY like the Victoracer V700's I am burning up now.
Odd, because I couldn't wait to burn up the Falken's that came on my car when I bought it!!:-k
Of course, our cars are a wee bit different, so they may be the best for you.

^ it was the kuhmo V700 the MX is cool to but its just the grip level of the MX is like the yokohama ES100, me and my friend who was useing a ES100 and i was useing the V700 and made atleast 1 sec faster.
