Why don't you get a two door version because I see most of the rally cars are 2 doors , like the peugeot .

Try your best to get 2 doors because I think its a bit difficult to go Rally in a 4 doors .
Any idea of taking Ford Focus ? Try to get a second hand one...if I'm not mistaken , a Ford Focus cost more than a WRX (old ones) .

Good choice of car. Audi have rallying experience and Touring Cars etc, so modifying it for the engine and for everytyhing to make it into a rally car shouldn't be too hard because I suppose there will be a lot of parts for an Audi.

we dont have a car yet its just an idea the car on the pic. is a friend whos selling it. AWD eclipes are kinda expensive here in cali still going $3000 for a 1993 one.
buget for this rally car is $3000 and everything will be build by us.

so u are in america ok, uumm u could go for an older jetta bubble, before ppl kill me let me explain, they are pretty light, depending on the model good performance for the money, and very upgradable, especially after the ricer craze, aka the F&F movies they just started crankin out the parts, and @ least here in jersey they are pretty cheap, dunno bout cali's prices though, cuz a 1999 Eclipse GSX is only about 4500-5000 so u guys sound more expensive but u can try it, good luck
