Cant but feel that F1 has shot its self again and made Mclaren F1 a scape goat. The fine is just plain crazy there has been spying on ferrari from toyota a few years ago and very little was done or heard of it, but the italians have got what they wanted and that is the f1 title. Ron Dennis is one of the straighest guys in F1 along with Frank Williams, and as per usual the english teams are attacked.
My best wishs go to Ron Dennis and all at Mclaren. Not every one belives what we hear and see on the tv and net

The Toyota guys got prosecuted, but it was nowhere near on the scale that it was this time.
I don't know the full story about the report, only a brief one was given on ITV's website, but I think they probably got it right, I want to see all the reasons though, to make absolutely sure.

The Toyota case was a different story, they had Ferrari Software not data and the guys involved got Jail time for it and well as for Mclaren they got what they deserved imo

I just heard of this news from SPEED network. It's quite shocking, I'd never expect Mclaren to do such a thing. Weren't they doing good before the report of the stolen documents? I don't see any need for stealing for Mclaren.....

^The speculation is that they were doing so good because they had Ferrari information. I've taken a second thought today and I'm not 100% sure on the FIA's decision. Still a few grey areas which they need to explain.
