It's been quite a circus this year, with a lot of lineups being uncertain. With Markkos move to Peugeot and Fords lineup confirmed, it's becoming to look clearer.
Most of the teams have made annoucements to confirm their driver line-up for the 2005 season. Except for the two Japanese teams - Subaru and Mitsubishi - all the other squads have made their driver choices for next year.
Citroën Sport will defend their Driver and Constructor titles with World Champion Sebastien Loeb. The Frenchman will have a new teammate in 2005, Francois Duval joining the team.
Peugeot will be working hard to improve the reliability of the 307 WRC. At least the French team will be able to rely on two top drivers : Marcus Gronholm and Markko Martin.
Ford decided to put their trust in youth. Toni Gardemeister and Roman Kresta have never won a WRC event but the Focus WRC is the perfect tool to show their talent.

Many drivers will share the work at Skoda Motorsport. Armin Schwarz remains in the team and will be the top driver of the Czech team. The German will have Janne Tuohino and Jani Paasonen as teammates on gravel rallies and Alexandre Bengue will replace the Finns for the asphalt rounds of the championship.
With Petter Solberg as their number one driver, Subaru will have a serious chance at winning the Drivers's championship. However the team as yet to announce the name of their other driver for 2005.
Gilles Panizzi should remain at Mitsubishi in 2005. The Japanese team are close to a deal with Harri Rovanpera to drive the other Lancer WRC but no confirmation has been made at the moment.
