well, i read an article in autoweek about this. They take the cars, take out the squential turbos and replace them with alterating turbos or vice versa. I can't really remeber. They also throw away the stock turbos and replace them with brand new KKK turbos. It's said that this whole package can easily make 630hp. But, this whole thing costs about $50,000, and there are only like 4 people in the US who can do this.

It's grey and was going up one of those MANY MANY interstates that criss-cross your hectic city...it was on the one that heads out towards Buffalo Bill's grave...
By the way...your city/ies, because four or EIGHTY of them are just slapped together, golden and denver and the others, larry...etc...Anyways, your city is mad nice, and I HOPE that guy has topped it out, all he would have to do is go east about 45 minutes, past the "circuis-topped" airport that is "DENVER INTL!!!"*chorus praises*...and just speed like crazy...flat, straight, oh man... :shock:SOOOO FAST

450hp Twin-Trubo Flat Six; Fully electronic AWD, Magnesium wheels, Kevlar body panels

also "near zero lift aerodynamics," which I think look rather nice

It was introduced in 1983 for rally car competition. In 1984, a 911 was produced with the AWD system from the 959, and it won major rally events. In succession, the 959 went on to win rallies in 1985 & 1986.

The new SUV, the Cayenne, is designed based on the successful 959.

I like both vehicles very much.

The 959 is a great car but its not that pretty to look at, one of the draw back is the back of this thing really really ugly,

i found a flaw. i was reading about this car in my car book.
quote, end quote: even though it had four computer-controlled traction seetings, the rear engined 959 was a challanging car to drive.
that was the only flaw it seemed to have when i was reading about it.
with 450 bhp it could do 0-60 in 3.6 seconds! while lugging around 3,200Ib ( 1450kg )
imagine it with 631bhp.
and ther were 283 mad not 200.
i still dont see why you guys make this car sound so uber.

And I don't know why you brought this up again, and that's coming from the guy who started this topic...

But, it's amazing because it did all of that, almost twenty years ago, the Ferrari F40 was the only competition it had...Also, all of the cars were sold out before the first one was even built.

The technology that went into that monster was 15 years ahead of it's time, the fact that it had AWD on a car of that stature is still amazing today, it's the McLaren F1 of it's day, "the techno-tour de force."
