It should be good tomorrow and i am hoping Alonso can win in his home country. De la Rosa is again fastest however, i believe Montoya is back.

With no BARs theres only gonna be 18 cars--there is a rule that the other teams have to make up the other cars (but i dno if it includes banned cars)

I hope it will be another good race...whats your views/opinons?

the BAR car was underweight after having the fuel drained from their car the FIA rules this as cheating and they are banned for 2 races and have lost their points from san marino

Isn't Montoya spanish, or am I just a dumbass? Or is he from brazil?

I hope my boys in black and silver get at least a podium finish. Whatever the outcome, I pray that it's better than BMW-Williams.

Montoya is Columbian. i hope that Trulli will pull through and prove he can drive well and that renault shouldn't have sacked him and that Alonso will do well in his home country.

Trulli is very fast in 5 consecutive laps, but lacks the concentration needed in a long race. However he is very good. We will see a good race, I hope.

Well, that sucked. For Ferrari(and me).... Great drive from Raikkonen! Not much happened, quite a boring race imo....

bravo kimi finaly a clean mechanical race for mclaren.
alonso was fine with 2nd place while michael was somewhere around the place and finaly out, toyota is becoming a new power in F1 with great stability
carRocket i agree it was too boring ( like the old days that ferrari always won) at the 33 lap i took a nape ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I nearly crapped my pants when I looked at the formula one website and saw the results. I have work, so I didn't get to see it live or anything. I'm so glad for Kimi, but Montoya needs to step it up a little bit. 7th isn't too bad, but he could do better. It would be nice to see both McLaren Mercedes drivers on the podium at least once this year.

Yay for Raikkonen! Even more Yay for Trulli and R.Schumacher who finished in 3rd and 4th. Toyota is really proving it the rest of the teams that its serious about winning in Formula 1, but McLaren is 4 points away from knocking them into third place.

That was the best race in this year!! sorry for alonso fans... Now you have to see how Kimi win all the time. :D He is the fastest driver and if the car is ok nobody can stop him!!
what do you think about that??

Mopar68
May 09, 2005, 10:50 AM
That was definetly not the best race of the year. I think Bahrain was.

Dimitris
May 09, 2005, 10:54 AM

As Long as schumacher doesn't win, then I'm happy. the more I read about him, the more I find out that he's a real asshole.

Dimitris
May 11, 2005, 7:26 AM
why you say that?I don't know what he thinks about the other F1 teams and drivers but he offer 1000000$ for tsunami victims so i started to like him a bit;

May 11, 2005, 2:14 PM
That is not so much if you think how rich he is.... But still, really nice that he did it.
I dont like schumi but the only reason is that he is too fast driver :D And he has too good luck...before this year. ;)

!ChEeKy GiRl!
May 11, 2005, 2:26 PM
i know Schumi has fantastic amount of luck up until now!!! all those wins and no problems. i know he was good with the Tsunami but i think hes just extremely lucky to ;-)

Thats true... Anyway.. Schumi is good driver and that is the most important thing in motorsport. Räikkönen is also absolutely one of the fastest drivers... like everybody saw last weekend...but he is not maybe the best person to handle media. What do u like about his "iceman" style?

Schumi
May 11, 2005, 4:10 PM
And its not only the Tsunami...
He plays football every year and the money goes to children at Africa I think...

yeah thats true he's meant to be quite good at it actually i ain't saying hes a bad man just that he is lucky lol

May 11, 2005, 4:19 PM
Maybe we must say a good driver too and that noone can disagree with that...He is 7 times world champion...Dont forget that.

!ChEeKy GiRl!
May 11, 2005, 4:37 PM
yeah even i have to give it to him--he is a totally amazing driver with the most awesome experience of motor racing and people are even comparing him to legends like prost (much deservedly)

From what I've read, he's sort of a jerk on and off the track. However, I have very little evidence to back that up. Here's what I got from Formula1.com:

In 1997 Villeneuve fulfilled his fast and furious promise, winning seven races and taking the driving title in spectacular fashion from Michael Schumacher in a notorious championship showdown at Jerez in Spain. Schumacher's infamous failure to ram his rival off the road left the Ferrari superstar in disgrace and Villeneuve on the top of the world. It was a wonderfully dramatic story - the brave son of a racing legend who fended off a villain's worst efforts to become World Champion - that confirmed Villeneuve's place in Formula One history and folklore.

Over the next four seasons with Benetton he won a further 18 races and two world championships. His first, in 1994, was somewhat tainted in that Benetton was suspected of technical irregularities and in their championship showdown race in Adelaide Schumacher collided (deliberately, some thought) with his closest challenger, the Williams of Damon Hill.

In 1995, after he again finished second best to Schumacher, criticisms of Hill escalated. Some in the Williams team thought he should have done better in what was the best car and Schumacher suggested he was a second-rate driver.

Even though those are just three examples, it's apprent that he doesn't respect some of his closest rivals. He's the best, but the problem is, he'll never let anyone forget it. But again, I can't make too many assumptions. Gone are the days when formula 1 was full of passion and heartache. Every driver is just a machine.

Everything is wrong except 1997...
In 1997, deliberately hit Villeneuve's Williams to take him of cause he was first for the whole race and he was gonna be the champion but Villeneuve was faster in the late of the race so he cought Schumi.
About the other, I seriously doubt.
