WOW, there are some great drivers in there, both young talents, as experienced drivers. And I think The Netherlands has a big chance of winning at least one race:)

Team Boss: Ronaldo
Team Boss: Luis Figo

LMAO:D They have too much money probably:p

A1 is a good idea.
It provides a platform for new talent.
It fills the void between (F1, WRC) seasons.
All cars are equivalent (and beatiful), shifting the focus away from tech and into driving skills.
Competition and passion comes from nationalities, rather than individuals (much like Davis Cup where you have unexpected results due to courage and national pride, and the public support).
I hope itīs succesful.

I think this is a great idea, good for national pride. Not to mention it adds another alternative for extremely patriotic people to NOT watch NASCAR.

who invented nascar anyway? I would rather watch commercials rather than that.

nascar was just a bunch of rednecks modifying their cars back in the 50's and racing them, hence the term stockcar racing. thats basically how nascar got started, give or take a couple details.

this is gonna be pretty kool. cant wait for the first race. ill be going to the A1 GP race in Laguna Seca, so I Cant Wait For That!

Yeah, same for here to. No only the die hard fans with satelite TV can watch the F1 live, or watch a repeat at midnite sunday... not fun if you gotta be up 3hrs later for work/ college.

Im really looking forward to the first race, hope its on TV at a sensible hour!
