Okay, the the Tokyo Motorshow was a while ago, but I recently stumbled upon one of Hondas concept vehicles and it sorta got me thinking about the future. The Vehicle is the IMAS. Honda says they got their inspiration from the bicycle. A light, responsive mode of transportation that has little to no impact on the enviroment. Heck, I thought that sounded very cool. And the IMAS looks good enough that I don't care that it's not going to beat any Evo's or STi's. What is interesting is the lighweight figure of a feathery 1,542 pounds. The drag coeffecient is an impressive 0.20 and the claimed fuel economy is 94 mpg!!! Anyway, I know I'm probably not going to see it on the streets in my lifetime, but I can, without shame, say I would really enjoy owning such a light, effecient, high tech, razor styled car. So, does the future for cars like the Insight and Prius look bright? Or are they silly cars that have no place anywhere, any time?

I personally believe that cars like this will be the standard for future urban movements and everyday driving.
But IMO real sportscars will never be like that, at least not in the mileage part!!

Don't worry, normal cars will probably be like this, but sportscars will remain as they are.

it's a nice idea to be environmentally friendly.....
but the first thing they should do is to tell people to stop taking out the catalytic converters out of their exhausts..`!
