So I handed in my art project today in Art class, and it was about the last formula 1 championship (I'll take pics when it's done being graded and such), and my art teacher starts talking about formula 1:

Me: Yeah, I'm a really huge fan of formula 1, so this was easy for me.

Her: That's always good. So you know why Schumacher was doing so terrible this year?

Me: Well, I think tires had alot to do with it. They really didn't last. And I think aerodynamics had something to do with it.

Her: Well, yeah. It was also psychological too.

Me: How so?

Her: Well, remember the Tsunami last year?

Me: Yeah.

Her: Appretly he sent his wife, children and crew chief or something down there and they all died.

Me: NO WAY! I haven't heard anything like that.

Her: Yeah, they try to keep it on the hush hush.

Me: Wow. Damn.

So is this true? I can't believe it. I don't think it is. I mean, I haven't found a thing about the subject. But then again, I haven't researched too much. He also donated a huge amount of money to the Tsunami relief fund out of no where, so that would explain that.

(P.S.- If this is like, old news in Europe, I apologize. We don't learn about that stuff in the US. The best driver in the world's family dies, and we don't hear about it. But Dale Earnhart dies, and we'll never hear the end of it.)

I just wached some good finnish f1-website and they told there that Schumi was driving 3-seat f1-car with his family on tuesday. He drove for example with Corinna..
